Problem:

Original garage became an entertainment room. Create a 'Magic Door' so utility room could still be accessed through a large opening.

Solution:

In conjunction with various contractors Steve designed and constructed a structural frame with large ball bearings.

After contractors finished the wall, the perimeter gap was only 1/32 of an inch. The frame was built strong and precise so that there would be no sagging from the considerable finished weight of the Door and TV. One-finger pivoting.
